Cleanliness and food

The water in the private pool was a bit too cold for comfort and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the evening which made it very difficult to sit outside the room.

The hotel was amazing, rooms where big and comfortable. The pool was a nice touch in the rooms. Food was ok

The property as such is really very good and maintained well. Far from the city but worth to spend time completely here. Food delivery was quick.

Food menu was slightly over priced. Main dishes were ok. But starters, soups were over priced for the quantity served.

The room was exceptional. The amenities in the room was of top notch luxury. They gave us an early check-in as per our request. Food was delicious.

Location is bit off. But the size of property requires this kind of space so it was okay. Not ideal for travelers looking to go into city at a drop of a hat. They should certainly include breakfast buffet. At such price, guests expect a choicest spread.

We stayed at the resort for 3 nights in Aug-end 2021. The villa was nice, spacious and comfortable. The private pool also was of decent size (i.e. not small) and me & my kids could enjoy well in the private pool. Live music performances in evening in their open air arena just makes evening Wow. The staff was courteous and ensured that our needs are met.

Nice, clean and big rooms Great toiletries provided, clean washrooms. Staff is helpful too!

- While booking no disclaimer visible showing OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS PROHIBITED. 5 star hotels usually do not have such rules wherein you can’t have the alcohol of your choice in the rooms. - Prices mentioned in the mini bar/menu in room are not updated and the alcohol is highly overpriced. - Food is not up to the mark. Only one or two restaurants are open, other restaurants are not functional. - 100-200metres before the hotel are not meant for a luxury or sedan with low ground clearance and the road should be maintained

The interior in the room is very poor. The charges are very high . The food is Normal . Service is ok

The Villa was spacious and pool and garden were a nice setting, food both IRD and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous

This resort is out of the way, but worth it - especially if you like the countryside and to get away form the din and chaos that are Indian cities. We enjoyed splashing around in our private pool, and could have done the same in the immense soaker/spa tub in the room. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with nice lighting and openness to the inner courtyard that is your own little oasis. The restaurant serves some European fusion food which is good enough , as well as yummy Indian food, all generously served together with special attention and class. Masjid served us and shared nice stories about himself and the country. He made us feel really welcome. Our daughter came down with a stomach issue when we first arrived in India and we realized when we arrived here that we needed to get her some medical relief. The hotel staff accommodated our every need and helped to provide her the special attention she needed. The manager corresponded with a private hospital and arranged for the hotel driver, Hariam, to take us to a doctor where she received proper medical attention. Then Hariam gave us his own impromptu tour of the city on the way back to the resort. His English was good, and his smile and manners were great. On our return to the hotel, Mr. Rajendra Singh, the general manager of the hotel, greeted us with coffee and arranged a special Indian comfort food for our daughter, complimentary. They also sent us off with some fruit for her tummy. The staff went over and above in accommodating us. We arrived late at night after following Googlemaps and being led astray. Double check your directions with the hotel if your driver doesn't know the way there (don't assume that they do). Also while some people comment on the distance from the attractions - they are not far at all, you just need a good driver who knows where they're going - like Hariam (maybe ask the hotel for quickest directions).

The hotel might want to add to its website directions from Jaipur or the main roads to this resort

Everything else was absolutely wonderful. The property, ambience, rooms, spa, food and specially the service was fabulous. The owner and the staff ensure personalised service and care. Great place to unwind, relax and rejuvenate, besides being very romantic.

Approach was a bit difficult. Even Google maps initially directed us behind the resort, from where there was no access

The location of the property and approachability. The 4km inner road from highway is nightmare

Everything was excellent! the experience was amazing just what we were looking for. The Resort took care of everything we needed, from airport pick up to drop to sight seeing. The place is away from the city and the drive to the resort is a bit tiring but, its worth the trouble. Moreover, since the place is away from the city your culinary experience of Rajasthan is limited to the kitchen in the resort and that can get a bit a heavy on the pockets. some pretty good sights nearby. Final comment, i suggest people go there a couples alone, or in large groups to enjoy the experience. overall a 10 will surely visit again!!

Drive to the resort is about 45 mins, the last 20 mins the roads are very bad, but its manageable as its for 15 20 mins only, but its worth in the end!! House keeping was a bit expensive, but you live only once, so that's OK

Enjoyed the stay. Lovely rooms and the staff is super helpful and efficient. Would definitely go/recommend to others.

Everything, the staff kindness,, and welcoming music,, the environment, actually it worth the value,, even they hold the breakfast for 30 minutes waiting for us, we appreciated that ,, thanks alot.

The staff is so cordial and would literally do the best possible to make you feel comfortable. I went there for my birthday getaway and from baking a fresh birthday cake to complementary chef special, a customised birthday card to balloons in my room, they didn’t leave a chance to surprise me. A special thanks to such a committed staff (Ipsita & Rahul Nehra) for taking care of everything so nicely. The bathrooms are exceptionally good, so are the rooms. Also, the food was delicious and the restaurant was well lit with candles and chandeliers setting the vibe right for a birthday dinner with my fiancé. Thanks a ton Buena Vista The stay was amazing!

The food is excellent, very tasty, well presented with a good size portion, the chef is French ! Location is great if you looking for quiet place free of noise and pollution otherwise is far from the city if you looking for shopping and visits of the palaces. Staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs.
